Performance Research Lab

Welcome

We ask questions about athletic movement, try to understand the fundamental facilitators and barriers of performance achievement, and develop methods to practically apply what we find.

Our main goals are to:

  • Improve assessment and monitoring techniques to make more informed decisions regarding equipment selection, readiness, and risk.
  • Provide clinical tools to make scientifically-supported decisions regarding athletic programming, rehabilitation, and return-to-play.

We use out-of-lab technologies whenever possible to capture in-field data in conjunction with performance outputs and contextual information.
